What does the job entail?

Within our business unit MOM software we want to take a further milestone and this with the appointment of a Business development Manager. You are responsible for the further expansion of our national and international customer base in the area of MES/WMS/APS. In your role as Business Development Manager you can rely on your networking skills and the management of complex sales processes. In addition, detecting opportunities and initiating co-creation projects is no stranger to you. You know how to enthuse a team of software developers and data scientists to further shape the product developments within our MOM software.

Who are we looking for?

Master in computer science, master in industrial sciences towards electromechanics/automation or master in commercial sciences/commercial engineer with strong affinity for software solutions;
At least 5 years of relevant experience;
Knowledge of MES/WMS/APS technology and industrial automation;
Develop a strategic business plan from market developments in consultation with management;
Having a strong network of decision makers in the industry is a plus;
Go-getter with an eye for detail, strong project management skills;
Team player with strong communication skills;
Entrepreneurial skills
Commercial targets know how to motivate you;
Willing to travel (15% of the year);
Language skills: NL/FR/EN, additional languages are a plus.
