What does the job entail?
Atree MOM, or Manufacturing Operations Management, provides structured and integrated management of the production process. As a commercial BUM, you are responsible for the further expansion of our national and international customer base in terms of MES/WMS. In your role as BUM, you can rely on your networking skills and managing complex sales processes. You are also familiar with detecting opportunities and initiating co-creation processes.
Your main task will be to let the current division, which is in a start-up phase, grow into a BU in its own right by means of extensive prospecting. You will follow up projects from A to Z and eventually you will also contribute to the growth story with the necessary recruitments.
Who are we looking for?
- Master in computer science, master in industrial sciences towards electromechanics/automation or master in commercial sciences with strong affinity for software solutions;
- 3-5 years of relevant experience;
- Knowledge of MES/WMS/IIOT technology and industrial automation;
- Able to develop a strategic business plan from market developments in consultation with management;
- Having a strong network of decision-makers in the industry is a plus;
- Go-getter with an eye for detail;
- Team player with strong communication skills;
- Commercial targets know how to motivate you;
- A hunter who is not afraid of prospecting
- Willing to travel (20% of the year);
- Language skills: NL/FR/EN, additional languages are a plus.
